What’s on the Ballot?

BALLOT LANGUAGE

“Shall the School District of Brodhead, Green and Rock Counties, Wisconsin be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, on a non-recurring basis, by $1,750,000 in each of three (3) consecutive years, for the 2025-2026, the 2026-2027 and the 2027-2028 school years, to maintain school district facilities and programs?”

POLLS ARE OPEN ON APRIL 1, 2025 FROM 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

  • Town of Avon - Avon Town Hall

  • City of Brodhead - Brodhead City Hall

  • Town of Decatur - Decatur Town Building

  • Town of Magnolia - Magnolia Town Hall

  • Town of Spring Grove - Spring Grove Town Hall

  • Town of Spring Valley - Orfordville Fire Station Meeting Room

  • Town of Sylvester - Sylvester Town Hall

Register, Request and Absentee Ballot, Vote Early

VISIT myvote.wi.gov to:

  • Find your polling location

  • Register to vote

  • Learn voting requirements

  • Request absentee ballots

VOTE By Absentee Ballot:

  • Absentee Ballots should be requested early and can be requested at any time. The deadline to request an absentee ballot is 5 days before the election or March 27th. You can request it in person through your local clerk or online at MyVote.wi.gov

  • Ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on April 1st. The US Post Office recommends mailing in 1 week prior or delivering in person to your local clerk.

VOTE Early

  • Early In-Person Voting:
    Starts Tuesday 3/18/25 and runs through Friday 3/28/25. District residents can vote during office hours at most voting locations. The Town of Spring Valley (608-897-4288) and Town of Magnolia (608-751-6743) are by appointment only for early voting.

VOTE on Election Day

  • Tuesday, April 1, 2025

  • Hours: 7 am - 8 pm
